Section 1609(c) of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 required the Council on Environmental Quality to submit reports every 90 days from the date of enactment until September 30, 2011 on the status and progress of projects and activities funded by the Act regarding compliance with NEPA and documentation. The final report was issued on November 2, 2011.
